BankID Norway signing issues with larger PDF documents
Resolved after 1 day 1 hour, on October 19, 2026.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting BankID Norway signing for documents larger than 7 MB. Affected users may encounter an error when attempting to complete the signing process. We have identified the cause and are working on a fix. Once the issue is resolved, affected users will be able to retry signing using their existing invitation, without needing to create a new envelope. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as the fix is in place.
