   Some customers may experience issues while logging into the Visibility module on the Transporeon Platform starting at approximately 09:20 AM CEST. Wednesday, September 30, 2026. While the module remains operational, the redirecting tile may not work as expected. As a workaround, you can access the module directly via the transport view (map icon) in Transport Assignment. All other Transporeon modules remain fully operational and are not affected, allowing you to continue working as usual. If you need assistance or have further questions, please submit a request through our support portal at https://support.transporeon.com. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

   The incident causing issues while logging into the Visibility module was resolved as of 10:30 AM CEST, Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
