We have resolved the duplicate contact creation issue from earlier today. It is likely that a small number of duplicate comms will still be sent as the system normalizes. We will continue to monitor system performance until the issue is fully resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue where duplicate contact records are being generated when loan data is submitted to the /loans endpoint.

We have identified the root cause of the issue where duplicate contact records are being created when loan data is sent to the /loans endpoint and contacts imported via the UI import tool. As a result, some campaigns may trigger duplicate SMS messages. Our team is working on a fix and will share further updates shortly.
