We are experiencing an issue with International TIN Validation checks. Since October 28, 2026, 15:00 UTC, requests to our upstream data service have been failing intermittently and most TIN validation checks currently return errors. As a result, verifications that rely on International TIN Validation should be temporarily paused. All other Sumsub services are operating normally. We are working with them to restore the service and will post an update as soon as we have more information.
