Resolved after 1 day 3 hours, affecting Legacy Message Queue, on May 12, 2023.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the recovery process. Our systems are still catching up with tasks that need to be processed. As a result, hotel guests might receive delayed SMS/Emails etc in the next few hours. We will inform you, once our systems are back 100%.

Due to problems on our message queue, we estimate some of the devices have connection issues. This will affect features such as: * Push Messages * Device Pings * Content Updates * Delayed arrival of Analytics The current issue will have no impact on the ability to take orders from the hotel-guests

The current issue also impacts the ability to confirm orders. I.e., hotliers won't be able to use SMS, emails or automated phone calls to confirm orders that have arrived in the Admin Panel
