RetentionEngine will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, February 19th from 7:00 PM until around 8:00 PM (EST). Don't worry! Customers will still be able to cancel their subscriptions from the Customer Portal, but the RetentionEngine cancel flow will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
