Skyvern API service outage. API Latency is up and some requests are being dropped.
Resolved after 5 hours 2 minutes, affecting Skyvern API and Skyvern Cloud (Web Application) and 1 more, on December 16, 2025.
Our redis cluster was down. We found the root cause and fixed it. Our API service is back. Our there's a backup in our async worker queue. We're ramping up our workers to drain the jobs in the queue. ETA: 6 hours to fully recover.
