Jan 14, 10:13 PST Resolved - The incident has been resolved; however, customers may need to clear their browser cache in order to successfully log in. Jan 14, 09:48 PST Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Jan 14, 09:25 PST Update - Teams are continuing to work diligently, and progress is being made in applying the fix. Jan 14, 08:44 PST Identified - Splunk Unified Identity issue has been identified. This will only affect new login session using Splunk Unified Identity, existing login sessions are unaffected. A fix is in progress Jan 14, 08:02 PST Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue. Jan 14, 07:21 PST Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue. Jan 14, 07:12 PST Investigating - Users login with Splunk Unified Identity may have issues accessing Splunk Observability and Log Observer.
