ShipWorks Engineers are aware of the technical issues impacting some merchants using Shopify Marketplaces. Merchants are reporting seeing an "Invalid sales_order_id." error in the software when sending shipment notifications for Shopify orders. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available to us. Thank you for your patience!
