The issue is now solved. There was a software crash on one of our cluster nodes, impacting a substantial part of the trafic in our EU datacenter. We have rollbacked the impacted software and the issue is now fixed.

We have identified an issue on some managed instance nodes. This issue seems to be happening since today, 08:00 UTC. Some of our customers experience traffic loss, slowness or issues. We are investigating the issue and trying to get it fixed as soon as possible.
