Non-GP data updates, additions, and deletions on our UK Production environment are now flowing normally, and the backlog queue has been cleared. This issue affected Appointments, Conditions (diagnoses), Medications, and Test Results. Our team are still working to resolve queuing data coming directly from GP streams. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently investigating an issue with processing new data into our FHIR store, which began at about 8:30. There is no downtime affecting PKB, and existing data can still be retrieved without issue, However, appointments, medications, allergies, test results & diagnoses added since 8:30 today will be delayed in showing in the UI. Our team is working to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
