Is Ongoing Warehouse down?

Between 2026-10-01 ~14:00 and 2026-10-02 09:00 (CEST), a subset of servers in our secondary site were serving an incomplete TLS certificate chain for ongoingsystems.se, causing certificate validation failures for some clients. This issue only affected integrations that connected directly to servers in our secondary site, which is an uncommon setup. Integrations using api.ongoingsystems.se, the recommended subdomain for integrations, were not affected and continued to present a valid certificate chain throughout the incident. We are reviewing our certificate renewal process to prevent this from happening again.

A service provider has reported an issue on their side, we are moving traffic to a redundant server site to ensure availability. FTP-based integrations (rarely used) in production WMS applications will experience issues until this is resolved.

Traffic has been moved and documentation websites should be accessible again.

The connectivity problems were traced to a transient error within our internal network infrastructure. The issue was temporary and resolved automatically, without any human intervention. Thanks to redundancy in our networking equipment only a subset of our clients were affected and many requests continued to be served normally throughout the incident. We are reviewing this event to better understand its cause and to identify improvements that will further strengthen the resilience of our infrastructure.
