Over the last 4 hours, we have experienced a higher-than-usual number of requests that ended up in the timeout. We have investigated the problem and identified one client who managed to cause problems for the whole Production News API. This is related to the specific queries that this client is executing. We are in the process of isolating a client to stabilise the Production API and investigate further without a rush. In the next 30 minutes, everything should be back to normal.
