Resolved after 7 hours 34 minutes, affecting LHV Connect and Open Banking / PSD2 API and 1 more, on October 21, 2026.
Signing payments with SID/MID/IDC has been fixed with a workaround. Underlying issue of [ec.europa.eu](http://ec.europa.eu) being down is still active and other types of signing are still failing.
