Resolved after 343 days 9 hours, affecting LastPass service, on June 11, 2025.
We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved.�There was an error during an upgrade to an internal library that inadvertently impacted the federated user activation flow. We will conduct an internal review of this issue to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
