Is Kinsta down?

We are receiving reports that the Downloadable Backup actions are not completing in the MyKinsta Dashboard. We are currently investigating this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.

We have implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the results.

We are investigating issues with MFA emails for login requests that are not being sent.

We have identified the issue as being with our upstream email provider, and a fix has been implemented. Please attempt to log in again if you were not receiving the MFA emails previously. If you are still experiencing issues, please email us at [email protected].

There were reports of a new vulnerability CVE-2026-115560, after the previous two were patched on October 22 on our platform. We already have mitigations against this, so there shouldn't be any incidents related to this. We'll post updates if there are any news.

We're actively addressing the PHP security vulnerability announced by the PHP security team. As PHP is managed at the platform level on Kinsta, fixes will be deployed automatically once validated. The patched versions of PHP 8.3 and 8.5 have now been validated and are being rolled out across our platform. If your site is already using either version and you'd like to apply the patch immediately, you can switch to a lower PHP version and then back to your original version. Updates for PHP 8.4, 8.2, 8.1, and 7.4 are still undergoing validation and will be rolled out once ready. No action is required on your end. We'll provide further updates as the rollout progresses.

All sites are protected, the PHP security updates have been rolled out across the platform, and we have no evidence of any breaches related to this vulnerability.

We are currently investigating issues in London datacenter. It's a partial outage and our engineers are looking into it.

It has been confirmed that the issue is origination from our cloud infrastructure provider. Their engineering team is working on providing a solution.

Due to a power event, our infrastructure provider had suffered an outage within europe-west2-b zone. The power event is mitigated. All sites of the affected hosting machines are now back up and we're monitoring.
