We're currently investigating reports of networking issues affecting **\-CG nodes in our Germany location**. These issues may cause all players connected to a server to time out simultaneously. We're working closely with our provider in this region to identify and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, as the problem originates outside of Kinetic's infrastructure, we're limited in how quickly we can resolve it. However, we're doing everything we can to restore normal performance as soon as possible. **If you're experiencing repeated disconnections**, please open a support ticket. Our team can arrange to move your server to another provider within the same region. We apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we work to get this resolved.
