Issues Accessing Site Assets for Users on Telefonica de Argentina
Resolved after 36 days, affecting Editor and User sites, on June 22, 2026.
The issue is identified to be on the Movistar Telefonica ISP provider side. Provider was contacted and provided following instructions: "We ask that you instruct your users to contact our customer service team by first leaving a public message, followed by a private one. In the private message, they should specify that they are having an issue with a particular page (yours) so that our technical support team can properly categorize the claim. This will allow us to resolve the issue."

Some users in Argentina may be unable to load Website Builder sites or access the editor. This is caused by Telefonica de Argentina blocking a domain used to deliver site assets. We are working on the situation. As a temporary workaround, affected users may try connecting via a different network or VPN.
