    We are currently experiencing network issues related to an upstream carrier. As a result, some phone calls may fail to connect or complete as expected. We are working with the carrier to resolve the issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Notify inbound calling. Some calls may not connect to our inbound call servers. Our team is actively working on a resolution and we will post updates here as we learn more.

    The inbound calling issue was caused by a faulty call server. After removing the server from rotation, calls are completing as expected.
