Connection Timeout / Error pages seen by select users

HappyFox uses Cloudflare as the web firewall for our products. Cloudflare has identified a third-party issue affecting customers whose traffic passes through external vendor firewalls after recent firmware upgrades. Customers observing ERR_TIMED_OUT error in their browser are requested to contact their IT team to check their organization's firewall connectivity to Cloudflare.
