Spreadsheet geocoding jobs are failing

   Spreadsheet geocoding jobs uploaded are failing before they finish. Affected jobs show the status "An error occurred" in the dashboard, and jobs created through the Lists API report a failed status. We have found the cause and are deploying a fix. Once the fix is live, we will re-run every affected job, so you do not need to upload your spreadsheet again. We will post an update here when the re-runs are done. Single-address and batch geocoding through the API are not affected, and the rest of the dashboard works as normal. We are sorry for the disruption.

   We have identified the cause and are now deploying a fix across our servers. We will post another update once new spreadsheet uploads are processing normally again, and then re-run the jobs that failed. You do not need to upload your spreadsheet again.

You will receive your usual completion email when yours is done, and there is no need to upload your spreadsheet again. We will post a final update once all affected jobs have completed.

   Resolved. All affected spreadsheet jobs have been re-run and completed, and new uploads have been processing normally since the fix went live.
