Notice October 21, 2026 [RESOLVED] Windows BYOD Certificate Installer generation errors 5h 5m
Started Oct 21, 2026, 02:45 PM UTC· resolved Oct 21, 2026, 07:50 PM UTC
- resolved Oct 21, 2026, 08:23 PM UTC
Between 14:45 and 19:50 UTC on October 21, 2026, creating or editing a BYOD profile may not have generated a new Windows installer. - New profiles created during this window may have no Windows installer. Windows users enrolling through them may see "No installer present." - Profiles edited during this window kept their previous Windows installer, but it may not reflect the changes made. Action required: If you created or edited a BYOD profile during this window, open it in the Foxpass console and save it again. This generates a new Windows installer. Installer generation is working normally for new changes. macOS installers, previously issued certificates, and Cloud RADIUS authentication were not affected.
