We’re aware of an issue affecting forms with Stripe connectors and Save and Resume enabled that may result in failed payments. Upon form submission, respondents may see the error: “An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again later.” Stripe Connector logs show: “The Stripe connector failed for an unknown reason. Please contact support.” The issue occurs when a response is saved, resumed, and then submitted. Temporary Workaround: To prevent this error for new respondents, we recommend disabling the Save and Resume feature on affected forms. Our team is actively working on a fix and will provide updates here as soon as the issue is resolved.
