Resolved: errors for most users in the Flume workspace and console
Resolved on October 19, 2026.
On October 19, 2026, from 1:31 PM to 2:20 PM ET, most users saw errors in the Flume Workspace, and in the Console from 1:40 PM. A change to how the applications identify the account on each request reached production before the matching server change, so the server refused those requests. Service was restored at 2:20 PM ET when the server change finished deploying. No data was lost or changed. We are adding a release check that catches this class of issue before it reaches customers, and monitoring that alerts us within minutes if one does.
