Close - Errors Accessing Reconciliations Page in the Admin Settings

Resolved after 1 hour 4 minutes, affecting Automate the Close - US, on September 2, 2025.

postmortem Sep 05, 2025, 09:49 PM UTC

A recent release was deployed to improve performance on the Reconciliation Settings page by deprecating legacy routes. However, this release inadvertently introduced an error caused by an undeclared variable, which prevented the page from loading. Our engineers reverted the change to immediately restore functionality. The underlying issue has been addressed, and the intended improvements will be redeployed following a complete testing cycle.
