ESI is investigating an ongoing issue with voicemail transcription. Transcription intermittently states "transcription not available" when voicemail audio seems to be clear. ESI engineering is working to identify the causes of the ongoing issue.

ESI is investigating platform issues that are impacting the ability to retire calls from park. Please have call examples to provide to support of the failures Call queues are routing calls, incorrectly to VM, our temp solution is to deliver the call to another destination as we work to identify the root cause of the trouble with call queues. Please have a secondary destination ready so we can change the call routing.

ESI is investigating reports of dropped calls and calls not ringing phones and going to voicemail. If you are seeing this behavior please reach out to ESI support to provide examples so we are able to isolate and resolve the symptoms.

We are receiving a large number of reports of calls being delivered with dead air. ESI is investigating the root cause of these issues.

ESI is currently investigating login errors when accessing eGo2. This is preventing use of the app. We are also working to have eGo2 available in the Google Play store. It is currently unavailable for download. Apple's appstore is unaffected.

ESI is investigating a platform issue that is causing registration errors for SIP trunk customers. Our platform operations team is working to identify the root cause.

ESI is investigating a network issue that is causing outbound calls to fail. We will update this message as more details become available.

ESI engineers are currently responding to an unplanned network issue and have implemented failover procedures to maintain service availability. At this time, services are operating on backup systems and networks, and customers should not experience any interruption to service. Our team continues to actively monitor the situation and work toward full restoration of normal operations. Users receive an error when trying to add Enterprise Meetings under the Video Conference field in Google Calendar. Follow the suggested workaround until this is resolved 1. Access your Enterprise Meetings web-based dashboard 2. Copy the Personal Meeting Room link found in the upper left corner of the screen. 3. When creating a Google Calendar appointment paste this link in the Location field. Attendees will see this link in the invite.

Service Impact: Core Voice & SMS: Fully Operational. All inbound and outbound calling remains unaffected. Portal Access: The eTeams plugin remains impaired. Workaround: As a reminder, all administrative and user portal functions are fully accessible via any standard web browser. Please use this method for all portal-related tasks while we continue to work toward a resolution for the Teams integration. Next Steps: Our team is working toward isolating the specific conflict.
