Resolved after 4 hours 11 minutes, affecting Exact Path, on November 19, 2025.
Exact Path is currently unable to connect to the NWEA API integration. This is preventing the overnight data sync and manually triggered syncs from creating NWEA sourced learning paths. From our investigations, the problem appears to be on NWEA’s side, and we have already reached out to their support team for urgent assistance. Exact Path diagnostic, Renaissance, FL FAST, ILEARN and manual NWEA CSV upload customers are unaffected. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information or when the issue is resolved.
