BMC Helix support has completed its rolling restarts of the server pods. After testing and gathering feedback from users that previously reported issues, this issue appears to have been resolved with the restarts.

We have received reports of general slowness when performing certain activities in Helix Smart IT. At this time, symptoms appear to be sporadic at times with periods of near normal performance. The DevOps team has opened a P1 case with BMC Helix support. Currently there is no identified issue and investigation continues. We will provide an update in the next hour or sooner if available.

BMC Helix Support believes they have identified an issue that may be contributing to the general system slowness. They are beginning a rolling restart of the server pods to re-synchronize the environment. The system is expected to remain available during this process; however, users may experience intermittent errors. If you encounter an error, please refresh your browser and try again. The next update will be provided once the rolling restart is complete and we have confirmed whether the issue has been resolved, or within the next hour, whichever occurs first.
