On Sept 29 10:27 CEST, an update to Templafy Hive introduced a regression that made the affected contracts fail downstream onto consumers, including our Connector. Templafy has not made any public announcements on the matter at this time.

Web App is currently experiencing a degraded experience from intermittent issues with its templating engines. API and Data Transformation services (and their templating) are not affected by this issue. The team is working to restore regular functionality as soon as possible, thank you for your patience.

Admin App (app.documotor.com) is currently unavailable behind a 502 Bad Gateway error. All other services and components remain stable at this time.

On March 13, at 12.01 UTC monitors observed an ongoing connectivity issue with app.documotor.com, indicated by an HTTP 504 Bad Gateway error. This occurrence was acknowledged by the team at 12.07 UTC, when it was also confirmed that the Admin App was the only affected service -- API, Legacy and other components remained stable. After triaging the issue, a faulty component was identified and subsequently redeployed to reset its behaviour. Once this process was completed, the site came back online immediately and the incident was able to be resolved at 12.51 UTC. Apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Complex Data Transformation Services like Connected Services, Data Sources and Custom Functions experienced downtime in the form of invalid HTTP 422 responses in valid operations thanks to a malformed interaction between a legacy configuration and a new update. Regular Data Transformation was not affected by this issue.

Upon notification, Service was immediately rolled back to prevent further disruption, thus resolving the incident. After careful investigation, the core issue was found and resolved, allowing for the update to go through without incurring in further downtime. Apologies for the inconvenience!
