We have identified the cause of the performance issue on [jp.cumulocity.com](http://jp.cumulocity.com). Since 23 October 2026, some operations were intermittently slower than usual caused by an unusually high volume of background processing on the platform. The platform has been performing normally since 12:00 UTC on 25 October 2026, and we are closely monitoring it.
