Between 09:30 and 10:06 UTC, the R2 entitlements service experienced a brief outage that prevented customers from enabling R2 subscriptions from the Cloudflare Dashboard. Existing R2 workloads were unaffected. The issue has been resolved and enablement is fully operational.
