   We see cart loading performance improving to normal response times for some affected regions. We are still further investigating the issue.

   After initially stabilizing, we are now seeing a recurrence of the issue affecting some geographic regions. We are actively investigating and will provide a further update asap.

   We have identified the underlying cause as a routing issue and are actively working on a fix. We will provide a further update asap or as soon as the fix has been applied.

   We have not observed any service interruptions in over an hour. A fix has been applied that we believe resolves the underlying issue. We will provide a further update, or close this incident, once we're confident it's fully resolved.

   This incident has been resolved. We no longer see any anomalies in traffic routing or round trip times. Cart loading performance is back to normal.
