We have investigated and resolved an issue impacting Catchpoint’s email services due to some blocklist services. This may have affect the delivery of alert emails and other system-generated communications.

We have temporarily paused Catchpoint’s email services including email-based alerts as part of ongoing troubleshooting. Customers will continue to receive alerts via webhooks. Our team is working to restore email services at the earliest.
