Aspen to Koha Sign In "Unable to Load Authentication Token"
Resolved on May 19, 2025, affecting Hosted Services - Google.
There are random occurrences when a user attempts to sign into Aspen connected to Koha and is presented with a sign-in error " Unable to Load Authentication Token." We believe this is caused by a surge of traffic from bots creating a bottleneck in the network. Our solution to fix this involves moving servers behind a system proxy and Cloudflare.
