We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Professional Claims and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/timeout errors. Customers are receiving AV01/VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/27/2026, 12:00:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Professional Claims and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance.
