We are seeing HCSR Inpatient Auth and HCSR Outpatient Auth transactions failing with AV07 errors. Customers are receiving AV07 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/2/2026, 11:49:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
