We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/timeout errors. Customers are receiving AV01/VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/1/2026, 11:40:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
