We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/timeout errors. Customers are receiving AV01/VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/16/2026, 9:08:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
