We are seeing HCSR Inpatient Auth, HCSR Outpatient Auth, HCSR Detailed Auth/Referral and Health Care Services Inquiry transactions failing with timeout errors. Customers are receiving VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 5/2/2026, 3:23:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
