Between 19:45 and 20:10 UTC on October 23, 2026, some partners received elevated 500 errors and slower responses across multiple Stays API endpoints, and some webhook notifications were delayed. Error rates have subsided at this time. Please retry any failed requests and reach out to us via the Support Portal if you are still encountering the issue.
