   We are aware of an issue that is impacting our Messaging. Customers are reporting Authorization Errors when trying to send messages. Our engineering team is currently investigating it. We'll update again as soon as we have more information.

   We have applied a temporary workaround for messaging. The issue is escalated and under investigation with Meta, and we will share more updates as they become available.

   Meta identified an unexpected change in messaging permissions affecting one of our applications. We applied a workaround to restore messaging functionality while Meta continues its investigation. This incident is now marked as Resolved. We will publish a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) once Meta has concluded the investigation.
