We're providing an additional update on the ongoing email delivery issue. The problem seems to have been resolved, but we still don't have confirmation from the email provider. What's affected: Email-based one-time passcode (OTP) delivery for MFA, as well as email notifications. Customers using email OTP may experience delayed or undelivered codes. Other MFA methods and authentication paths are unaffected. Cause: The disruption originates upstream of our platform. Our email delivery provider (SendGrid/Twilio) relies on Microsoft 365 for delivery to Microsoft-hosted recipient domains, and Microsoft has confirmed an active Exchange Online service degradation (Microsoft issue ID EX1467029) causing delays for messages sent to and from external domains. Microsoft has not yet published a resolution timeline. Current status: Our mitigation remains in place and we continue to monitor delivery. Messages are being queued and retried rather than dropped, so delayed codes may still arrive. Recovery is dependent on Microsoft restoring full service. Real-time status links: Zero Networks: https://status.zeronetworks.com Twilio/SendGrid: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/v0xwp70fbfrf Microsoft 365 (issue EX1467029, visible in your M365 admin center Service Health dashboard): https://status.cloud.microsoft Real time third party status: https://groups.io/email-provider-status?isp=Microsoft+365 Recommended action: If email OTP codes are delayed, please use an alternate MFA method or SSO in order to authenticate. Avoid repeatedly requesting new codes, as this adds to the delivery queue. We'll post another update as conditions change or once Microsoft confirms mitigation. Thank you for your patience.
