    We are investigating an issue affecting Genie and AIRO chats in the Workato UI. Since approximately 02:58 UTC, these chats may stay on "Thinking…" and not display a response. Genies used through Slack, Microsoft Teams and Workato Go are not affected. We will share additional information as soon as it is available.
