Our upstream vendor has deployed a fix to resolve the underlying issue affecting provisioning in Finland. Telavox have conducted end-to-end verification and confirmed that the provisioning workflow is now fully operational and functioning normally. We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting one of our Swedish mobile provisioning services. As a result, customers may encounter issues when activating or making changes to SIM cards associated with our mobile subscriptions. The issue has been identified on one of our Swedish mobile network vendor's side.

The issue affecting Mobile Provisioning Services in Sweden has been resolved as of approximately 10:02 CEST, following troubleshooting alongside with our vendor. Activating and making changes to SIM cards associated with our mobile subscriptions is now working normally again.
