On 19/08/2025 between approx. 15:00 and 18:30 there was a critical overload of our API infrastructure, which led to considerable latency and partial outages for all customers. The services have been stable again since 19/08/2025 18:30.

TWINT has informed us, that the onboarding for TWINT in Payrexx Pay is at the moment not possible due to a bug. TWINT is currently investigating the case in order to create a bug fix.

Since yesterday evening at 4 pm, the Bill API (creation of invoices) no longer works properly. Invoices were created but not sent and accordingly no response was sent to the requesting server. We are currently deploying a hotfix that should fix the problem.

The problem with sending the invoices has been fixed with a hotfix. Correct functioning is still being monitored. We recommend deleting the affected invoices and creating new invoices.

Due to a technical malfunction, Payrexx Pay payouts could not be processed for some merchants today. The problem has been resolved, and the delayed payouts will be paid out on Monday, 03.03.2025.

A technical error at the financial services provider PostFinance caused problems with PostFinance Twint payments and PostFinance Pay on Friday afternoon until around 6 pm. This was due to a technical fault on the PostFinance Pay side. As of around 6 p.m., PostFinance announced that all systems were working again.
