    Between 16:54 UTC on October 5, 2026 and 21:33 UTC on October 6, 2026, a subset of inbound calls from the Lumen network were failing to connect to the Bandwidth network. Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.
