Thomax are advising that service disruption has been detected on the AU08 server cluster. Our engineers are currently investigating and we will provide more updates shortly

Between approximately 1:06pm and 1:21pm AEDT, a hardware issue was experienced on the AU08 cluster that will have blocked access to this cluster. The nature of this failure triggered a protection mode that shut down database access to avoid any risk of data corruption, and required manual intervention from our engineers to verify before failover processes could commence. We will continue to monitor the status of this cluster to ensure stability remains following the failover. We apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.
