Is Tech Keys down?

We are currently aware of an issue affecting our Printix printing service. Users may be unable to print and may encounter a "Connection Failed" error when attempting to do so. Tungsten Automation, the provider responsible for Printix, is aware of the issue and actively investigating. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available. The issue affecting our Printix printing service has been resolved, and service has been restored. Please note that some workstations may take a little additional time to reconnect to Printix. Additionally, print jobs that were queued on workstations during the outage and are not held for secure release may automatically print once the workstation reconnects. We're aware that some clients may be seeing delays in receiving email. This is caused by an issue with Avanan; their team has found the cause and is working on a fix right now with no ETA on restoration.
