On October 21, a DNS issue caused intermittent connection errors to api.publicsquare.com: http://api.publicsquare.com and the merchant portal. It was fixed the same day, and we’ve seen no errors since. If your integration still can’t connect (for example, “could not resolve host”), your hosting provider may have the old DNS record cached. Contact our support team and we’ll help.
