Network Nebraska Engineers are investigating an issue affecting redundant paths to several ESU03 schools via Windstream. We have contacted Windstream NOC for more information. No estimated time of resolution is available at this moment.

OPTK has been working with their equipment vendor throughout the day to identify the root cause of the issue. They have scheduled an emergency maintenance window for tonight at midnight in an attempt to implement a fix. If needed, they have a backup plan to revert their firmware upgrade.

We are experiencing an issue with our chilled water supply. This is causing us to be on the high end of our normal supply air and humidity ranges. Some areas of the facility may begin to see higher than normal inlet temperatures at their equipment. We are actively monitoring and working to resolve the issue. The aerial fiber near Gretna, NE was damage during cleanup from the recent winter storm. When replacing a downed power pole, the power company accidentally cut the fiber. The vendor was able to repair the fiber and service was restored March 21st at 00:44.
